WEEKLY REPORT – WEEK 4 (17/1125 - 21/11/25)

During the fourth week of my teaching practice, I handled one Physics class for Standard 8 and three Chemistry classes for Standard 9. The teaching sessions were carried out with proper planning and a focus on student engagement through questioning techniques, board explanation, and reinforcement strategies. Most students participated actively and showed improvement in understanding, while a few required additional support and clarification. Throughout the week, I observed better classroom management, increased confidence in lesson delivery, and improved interaction with students compared to previous weeks. Apart from academic teaching, I also participated in co-curricular activities conducted in the school as part of National Integration Day and World Children’s Day celebrations. As a part of the program, I assisted in organizing and conducting a quiz competition related to the theme, which helped in promoting awareness and student participation. The overall experience this week was meaningful and contributed positively to my professional growth as a teacher by helping me understand classroom dynamics, student diversity, and the importance of balancing curricular

and co-curricular responsibilities.
